By placing an order with Rosewood Waredrobe, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

In the case of a dispute or chargeback, this policy and all related order records will be used as supporting evidence.
RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the conditions below are met.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and not washed.

The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Only standard inspection and handling of the item is permitted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received, it will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days.
We reserve the right to decline returns if items show signs of use, damage, or wear not caused by us.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

A replacement may be offered depending on the situation and availability.

Replacements are typically processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If your package is lost during shipping:

We will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If a shipment is:

Refused upon delivery

Not collected

Returned due to incorrect address details
A $35 CAD fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and administrative costs.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt under applicable consumer protection laws.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

If your order is already dispatched, you must follow the return process after delivery.

Filing a dispute without contacting us first may delay resolution and impact future purchases.

All returns must be shipped to our international warehouse, at the customer’s expense.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

Items that are used, damaged, or returned in an unhygienic condition will not be accepted.

Return shipping fees are not covered by Rosewood Waredrobe.
